Exit the "autostrada" at Bari nord. Continue along the "superstrada" Brindisi-Lecce before Lecce follow the indication, tangenziale ovest, Gallipoli.
Before Gallipoli follow the direction Ugento - Santa Maria di Leuca (s.s. 274) and take the second exit for Torre Mozza, so don't exit GEMINI Torre Mozza, but the following one "Torre Mozza" "Lido Marini". Drive towards the sea, in the direction of Torre Mozza, and after about 6 km from the exit of the s.s. 274 you will see "Agriturismo Masseria Gianferrante" on your right.
