CONDITIONS

  1. Reservations: the reservation is considered confirmed when, once e-mail arrangements have been made, the company has received both the completed reservation form as well as the deposit.
  2. Payment procedures: at arrival, full balance of the cost of stay must be paid.
  3. Included in payment: water, electricity, stove fuel, weekly change of linens.
  4. Number of persons: the number of persons must be equal to the total sum of adults and children specified in the reservation form.
  5. Cancellation: in case of cancellation of reservation, the deposit will not be returned.
  6. Arrival and departure: check-in time is from 18.00 to 20.00 (6 to 8 pm) and check-out time departure day is at 10.00 (10 am).
  7. Animals: upon agreement in advance, only small animals are allowed.
