• Racolino tomatoes under oil. These small, round tomatoes are sun-dried in July and the first half of August.
• Legumes - chic peas, beans, broad beans and cicerchia.
• Pasta, bread, biscuits, frise and taralli from the 'Senatore Cappelli' variety of wheat.
• Marmalade and jam made from clementines, mandarins, blood oranges, bitter oranges and lemons, fig, quince, plums, pears, etc.
